ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN PENGEMBANGAN KEPROFESIAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstract


The objectives of the present study are  : 1) the reveal the influence of Headmaster’s leadership, emotional intelligence and the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement  at Sekupang sub-district, Batam, 2) the influence of Headmaster’s leadership the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam, 3) the influence of emotional intelligent on the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam, 4 ) the influence of  development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam.This research belongs to a survey conducted based on the quantitative approach.  The subjects of the study are 85 senior high school teachers in Sekupang sub-district which spread over 2 school which were decide on non probability sampling.  Questionnaire consisting of 20 items per variables is used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 20 taking account of normality, linearity and multi-co linearity tests.The result show that : 1) there is a significant positive  the overall The effect of Headmaster’s leadership, emotional intelligence and the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement  at Sekupang sub-district, Batam, 2) there is a significant positive  effect of Headmaster’s leadership the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam, 3) there is a significant positive effect of emotional intelligent on the development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam 4) there is a significant positive effect of  development of profession toward the teacher’s achievement at Sekupang sub-district, Batam
