Abstract


PT. Majesty Auto Dinamika is a company that move in the services sector workshop four-wheeled vehicle, one of its service is the work of the service light.Because this company move in the services sector workshop, especially in the four-wheeled vehicle is create and maintain customer satisfaction especially time to finish a job.Hence, companies should see customer satisfaction in order to attract and maintain customers.PT.Majesty Auto Dinamika of now it has not been the standard time to finish a job especially service light, making it difficult to know determine how the amount of time that could be done and also customers who came can see how long time to wait for the.For the purpose, to increase customer satisfaction. Based on the calculation on time using a method of hours stopping use factors adjustment westinghouse obtained standard time work service light car mazda2 is 4.603,44 second or 76,72 minutes .The rate of customer satisfaction in a costumer satisfaction index of 83.2 % or being on a scale 81 % -100 % thus very satisfied .
